Data Deletion Instructions

AexoreX Newsroom connects to the official AexoreX Systems LLC Facebook Page only to publish approved newsroom content and to verify that the connection is authorised. The Facebook integration may process:

• The Facebook Page identifier and name associated with the authorised connection.
• The Facebook user ID of the authorised administrator who granted the connection, for audit and access control purposes.
• Published post identifiers returned after content is shared to the Facebook Page.
• Connection status and token-expiry metadata used to keep the integration secure.

We do not collect friend lists, personal messages, profile photos, ad preferences, or any other information beyond what is required to operate the approved Page publishing integration.

The newsroom only requests the minimum Facebook permissions necessary to publish to the official Page and verify the connection:

• pages_show_list — to identify the official Page you authorise.
• pages_read_engagement — to read basic Page information and engagement metadata.
• pages_manage_posts — to publish approved newsroom content to the Page.

We do not request permissions for messaging, advertising, or access to personal profile data.

You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with the Facebook integration at any time. To make a request, contact the AexoreX Systems LLC privacy and press office using the details below.

In your request, please use the subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with the Facebook account you used to authorise the connection, if you know it, and a brief description of what you would like deleted.

We will review the request to confirm it relates to the authorised Facebook integration, then delete the stored connection record, tokens, and any associated post identifiers.

Please direct data-deletion requests to the official privacy and press contact for AexoreX Systems LLC. Do not include passwords or access tokens in your message.

We will review deletion requests to confirm they relate to the AexoreX Newsroom Facebook integration and to verify the authorised party where needed. Once confirmed, we will delete the relevant stored data in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and our retention obligations.

Deleting the Facebook integration data does not remove content that has already been published on Facebook; for removal of published posts you will need to manage those directly through the Facebook Page or contact the press office for assistance.

Authorised administrators can also disconnect the Facebook integration from the newsroom at any time by visiting Admin → Newsroom → Settings → Integrations and selecting Disconnect Facebook Page. This removes the stored access token from the newsroom, though a formal deletion request remains the best way to ensure all associated identifiers are removed.
