AexoreX Newsroom is published by AexoreX Systems LLC. This policy covers the public newsroom at news.aexorex.com and its editorial administration area.

You can read published articles without creating an account. Standard server and infrastructure logs may record technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and reliability purposes.

Accounts exist only for AexoreX editorial staff. For those accounts we store an email address, a display name, assigned role, and an audit trail of editorial actions such as saving, publishing, and unpublishing stories. This data is used to operate the newsroom and maintain editorial accountability.

If you contact us as a journalist or partner, we process the details you provide in order to respond and to keep a record of the correspondence.

When an administrator connects an official AexoreX social account (for example X), the authorization issued by that platform is stored encrypted on our servers and used only to publish AexoreX Newsroom stories to that account and to verify which account is connected. We do not request direct-message permissions, and these credentials are never exposed to the browser. An administrator can disconnect the account at any time, which deletes the stored authorization.

The site relies on infrastructure and platform providers for hosting, database, and distribution. Search engines and social platforms receive the public content we submit or publish. External sites we link to operate under their own privacy policies.

Editorial records and audit logs are retained for as long as they are needed for editorial accountability. Social platform authorizations are retained until they are revoked or disconnected.
