Ethics Policy

AexoreX Newsroom is a publication of AexoreX Systems LLC. The newsroom is owned by AexoreX Systems LLC, and we do not present ourselves as editorially independent of our owner. This policy explains how we handle that relationship openly, and how our editorial work is produced and corrected.

We publish only what we believe, on the basis of the information available to us at the time, to be accurate. Statements of fact are checked before publication; where a claim cannot be verified we say so or leave it out.

Our sourcing and verification practices are described in detail in Journalist Resources. This policy does not replace them; it applies them as an editorial obligation.

When we get something wrong, we correct it. Corrections are appended to the article with a visible update timestamp, as described in our Corrections Policy. This page does not modify that policy.

Contributors are expected to disclose relevant financial, professional, commercial or personal interests that could materially affect their editorial judgment. Material conflicts are disclosed within the article or the contributor is reassigned.

AexoreX Newsroom is owned by AexoreX Systems LLC. Coverage of AexoreX, its products and its ecosystem is produced within this ownership structure, and articles carry clear classifications so readers know what they are reading.

News — factual reporting of events and announcements.

Analysis — reported interpretation and context.

Opinion — the author's argument, clearly labelled as opinion.

Press releases — official statements issued by AexoreX Systems LLC, published as received and identified as press releases.

Advertorial and sponsored content — paid or promotional material is clearly identified as such and is not presented as independent editorial reporting.

AI-assisted content — content produced with AI assistance under human editorial review, disclosed in the article where applicable.

Paid, sponsored, promotional or advertorial material is labelled so that it cannot be mistaken for editorial reporting. Because the newsroom is part of AexoreX Systems LLC, coverage of AexoreX products is commercial-adjacent by nature and readers should treat it accordingly.

AI tools may assist with research, drafting, organization, analysis, translation or editing. AI does not publish unsupervised: a human editor reviews and is responsible for everything we publish. Not every article uses AI, and AI assistance does not guarantee accuracy — verification remains a human editorial duty.

Regardless of tooling, published material is the responsibility of the newsroom's human editors. Errors are corrected through the corrections process, not attributed to software.

We credit original reporting and creators. Material drawn from other sources is attributed, quoted or linked; we do not present the work of others as our own.

We publish personal information only where it is relevant to the story and already public, or where publication is clearly justified. We do not publish private contact details, and we handle reader data under the site's privacy policy.

Images carry captions and credits. We do not materially alter news photographs; illustrative or AI-generated imagery is identified as such where relevant.

Where coverage makes substantive claims about a person or organization, we seek their response before publication where practicable, or note that we did. Responses received after publication are reflected in updates or corrections as appropriate.

Anonymous sources are used sparingly, only where information cannot reasonably be obtained on the record, and the reason for anonymity is explained in the article.

The newsroom's editors are accountable for what we publish. Questions about editorial decisions are answered by the press office.

Feedback, disputes and complaints should be sent to the press office with the article address and the passage in question. Corrections follow the published Corrections Policy.
